Cancellations:

It is possible to cancel a reservation as long as it is made at least 20 days before the arrival of the client with a full refund.

If the cancellation is made less than 20 days up to one day before check in, 50% of the amount is refunded.

If the cancellation is made on the same day of arrival the full amount is retained.

Refunds:

Refunds are made via the original payment method unless another option is requested.

Refund time varies depending on the banking process and your banking institution.
